RETURNS AND CREDITS 


  • Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Pay close attention to whether this item is ordered by the unit or by the carton. 
  • Organic Trader must be advised of any items that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 
  • Credits relating to errors made by Organic Trader will be promptly rectified. 
  • For credits relating to purchaser error, that involve return of stock, you can arrange your own return freight, or we can invoice you the cost of using our carrier. 
  • All returned stock must be in fully saleable condition including display trays or cartons. 
  • Any damage incurred in transit back to Organic Trader due to poor packaging or otherwise, is solely the responsibility of the customer.
