DISPATCH & DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day from receiving your order. Please advise us at the time of your ordering if you have special delivery instructions, including authority to leave your parcels at or near your delivery address without signature. If you provide an “Authority to Leave”, Organic Trader is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left at or near premises. 

Orders containing chocolate maybe be held back to avoid dispatching in very hot weather, especially over the weekend.
